I don't care where you live.
I don't care that your daughter is 15 years old, no longer plays imaginary games, and is perfectly capable of using a grown-up oven all by herself.
BUY THIS FOR YOUR KID.
Please. Do it for me.
Do it because I do not yet have little
Do it because if I were still a little girl, I would want it with all my heart and would
Do it because I cannot justify buying it for myself (a grown adult) even though I'd probably just say something like, "It's OK, dear, I'm just buying it for the little girl we'll have down the road" (thereby jinxing us to have 3
Do it because, well, it's just the right thing to do.
Either that, or buy me a pony.
Your call.
I so would buy that if I had a little girl but sadly (I love them all regardless!) I do have 3 insane little monkeys. Just discovered your blog and you had me cracking up! So great!
ReplyDeleteSending you and your family warm wishes, and a very Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteOh. My. Word.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had a little girl so I could by her this. Do you think I could get away with buying it for my little boy? Don't think my husband would be impressed...
Stopping by from SITS!
Hey boys like to cook too. My middle son LOVES helping out in the kitchen adn making teh cakes and candies , umm the set yeah he wouldnot be thrilled he is 13 after all lol
ReplyDeleteOh don't I wish I could justify that little treat over here. No way Hubby would go for it. I already talked him into a kitchen a couple of years ago and he only went for it because it had a BBQ attached. This year #3 is getting new dishes, but they are nondescript MANLY looking dishes of course. And, don't jinx yourself. I bought one little pair of shoes before we knew what #1 was and look how I wound up! 3 small humans later and still no girls. It happens!
ReplyDeleteReaders with little girls should look into this. My son loves helping with cooking, but is really into cars and blocks.
ReplyDeleteHappy SITS Tuesday!
That's adorable! Stopping by from SITS!
ReplyDeleteAs you know I said some not-so-nice things to Santa this year, do you think he holds grudges? Probably, hey. Sigh...I guess I'm not going to be the proud recipient of that SWEEEEET kitchen set. Maybe next year if Santa and I can hug it out.

OMGosh! That is the coolest gift ever! No kids for me, I don't even has a husband yet. But I do have 3 little girl cousins that would probably LOVE that... wonder if my Aunt finished her Christmas shopping, well I'm sending her the link anyways lol!
ReplyDeleteStopping by from SITS. That is the cutest thing!! My daughter would love it - if she was old enough. Happy Holidays!

Stopping by from SITS! I would definitely buy that but my son only wants trains haha. I would totally consider buying it anyway to play with myself. ;)
ReplyDeleteIt is soooo cute I want it myself, but I have only boys in the house. My 7 year old did ask for an Easy bake Oven - The Ace Of Cakes edition the other day.
ReplyDeleteThat is just darling!! I would love that for my daughter... and for me!
ReplyDeleteFrom SITS!
Are you serious about this cuteness? It's too much! My daughter MUST. HAVE. IT!!! She's 15 months old so she doesn't quite know she must have it, but she does. :) Thank you for sharing your find.
ReplyDeleteOh my gah! It's the cutest thing EVAH! Too bad I do not have any little ones..
ReplyDeleteHeck. If it weren't too late, I'd put that on MY Christmas wish list! LOL

That's adorable! But a little boy could totally use it too! My mom says my brother loved our toy kitchen set better than I did. I'm going to get a kitchen set for my son, too. I mean, maybe he'll grow up to be a chef and what woman doesn't love a guy who can cook?!
ReplyDeleteI want this, and then you can come over and we can have the coolest tea parties EVER!!!
ReplyDeleteToo cute! I really hope Zoe likes to bake when she is older. I have already caught her in the kitchen pretending to stir things in bowls - too cute!
ReplyDeleteMerry christmas!
That really is the most beautiful little play-food set I've seen. I love that there are still toys that are made from wood and are made with care and creativity. This year, we put together a whole baking kit for our youngest daughter. It included a real chef's coat, pants and hat, her own measuring spoons, cups, pans, silpat, cookbook, bowls, etc... She's been baking up a storm. It's wonderful to have toys, like the one you recommended, to inspire children to take up the culinary arts!
ReplyDeleteCup Cake girl friend-----can't I just buy ME the REAL little baker blender thingie??
ReplyDelete$80?????
Good grief. Well---the shipping *is* free---so i might be able to talk hubby into it.
It does look darlin'.
